Sony had to do this computer thing in order to sell the PS2 in russia or something didnt they? Im sure i read some weird rule that sohething with so much processing power had to be classed as a computer so they were sure it wasnt some sort of weapon. or someting. maybe.

the ps3 is sure to flop there is no chance i am getting one when the 360 is less than half the price and it is also rumoured that it will be geting a price cut as well.

this machine will sell,but not many u16 yearolds will own it world wide,its aim is to get the market place with 16-32 year olds,tap in to the ritch mother fuckers who can pay 420 quid for it and 60-100 quid a game,also ime sure that hackers and crackers will also invest and start to make cash from there source codes and programing,as soon as they can.

nothin has changed in the last 10 years,its just that the age group with the most cash is no londer the youth of the world,but old people with deeper pockets

how many u12s get more than 20 quid a week pocket money,nintendo have done there home work,but sony and xbox have not.

i think the biggest seller at xmas in the uk will be the WII,and not ps3 and 360.

looks nice thoe in black and shiney plastics,i wonder how hot this bugger will get,like the 360 ? who knows,only time will tell.

games arnt going to cost any more than current 360 games helpers, although i do agree it is a little out of the price range of the average young teen but at xmas they do have a hell of alot spent on them.

If you look at the mobile phones the little pricks carry around now, there must be alot of parents with more money than sense.

also the price difference between the 360 (�199) and the wii is(�170) is �30 - so the cost theory is down the toliet, at least for Wii vs MS.

It's not Nintendo V's Sony/M$ it's more what console will be your main console to go with your PS3/360.

For me I think the Wii will get used more than my 360 now. Look at my signature and look at the last 5 game's i've played on the 360!!

If you set up a a teraflop computer using PC's you'd be paying at least ten times as much as if you did it with playstation 3's.

It isn't a PR stunt it's an ingenious idea, you get a supercomputer for a fraction of the price, that little cell chip they have in there is quite a piece of work, trust me.
