Mobile phone Jammer

Hi All

Does anyone know of a portable Mobile phone Jammer?
I would love to get hold of one that blocks mobile signals for a 10 meter radius....
Just think of all those highly annoying people using there phones on your train or tube..... or is that would be annoying people. LOL

And do you really think someone is going to tell you if this is possible ??

The possibillity of them being in that 10 metre range could lose them the rights to use their mobile phone.
