Its Christmas!

Was looking for something to eat earlier and noticed that my Dad had already bought a box of mince pies ... and its not even October

Of coarse I love mince pies and think they should be eaten all year round but it seems a little early.

I was wondering if anyones seen anyone with their Christmas decoations up yet? How long do you think its gonna be before the shops starting dusting off the tinsle and spraying fake snow in the windows?

we sell mince pies at work already, and they all go out of date on the 12th of december. look at most xmas stock in shops, apart from stuff that lasts for ages it will all go out before the actual day

Big DIY store (Rapids) in liverpool city centre have a huge window display up now full of xmas decorations/lights/trees/snowmen/santa, the full works! not ventured inside but no doubt it's all for sale aswell. Ridiculously early!

In the home dept of my work (Debenhams) there has been a christmas section for bout 3 weeks now.

Time to get a fooking grip on the commercial side of this (mainly cos I get no toys anymore lol )

The bit I hated about working at a shop at xmas time would be that dreaded cd/tape with the same old tunes on it repeated all day every day. Whenever I hear them I still cringe.

I did start xmas shopping in january, lol.. Still need to buy peopl stuff though. Around here people put the decorations up, early november... Pics will be taken this year

Surely by the time christmas actually arrives, most people are sick of it?! lol decorations up 2 months in advance?? why?! i dont get it, would anyone put up "happy birthday" banners 2 months before someones birthday? stupidity at its best lol
