Was posted before but was for national geographic or discovery if I remember. Maybe the BBC wanted to get in on the action.

Hey brumbino... I found sometimes it was hit and miss on embedding, till I realised if you click on the top right hand icon when in posting new thread/reply etc. (Two letter A's... switch editor mode) till you see a greyed out scroll bar on the right of the message window, then simply paste the embed code off youtube... works a treat for a lot of sites as well as the usual ones.
