If you ever see one of the movies on NG please post the link.

Also if you get a movie and have the capability to upload it to NG pls do that and post the link also - thanks.

The same goes for rapidshare if the movie only has a torrent.

Well there are 3 films but i am not sure they are fan edits strictly speaking. There is Monster Dog which seems to be just an uncut version that isnt available in the shops. And From Russia with Love but there is no nfo file. The other is Kill Bill which i have posted a link to.

Jailbird: a special edition of Con Air (fan edit)

    JAILBIRD
a special edition of CON AIR with much less stupid jokes and dumb acting. This time the action is
    real.
Unauthorized fanmade edition by the CBB group.

    CY-ANORRA

CON AIR always was one of the action movies we hated most, because of its dumbness, because of its
being so far over the edge, because of the millions of stupid jokes and the show-off behaviour of
all these so-cool convicts a.k.a. nutballs.

The idea for the fanedit satrted when we watched CON AIR again and saw Nicolas Cage stepping
outside the bus, his face towards the sun, his hair in the wind and of course the entire scene in
    slow motion... unbearable.

But still this movie has some great actions scenes as well as some great actors, who sometimes
really do act great. There is a movie inside this one none of you has watched yet. This is it:
    JAILBIRD.

VIOLETS - a FINAL ANALYSIS fanedit

The original movie from 1992 sucked big time because of its weak showdown. We corrected that by
removing several scenes. Now we finally get to see a thriller with well acting stars about
psychology, strange diseases and relationships that can be very complicated.

This is our 10th edition of a movie. We do this for our own viewing pleasure, because we like to
watch good films over and over again. And if it happens to be that a movie could have been much
better than it really was, we do not hesitate to try to correct that. All our editions are
available via internet for free. Just search.

    DVD features:
main movie 97 minutes NTSC 16:9
    English German Spanish
    English subtitles
    trailer
    2 deleted scenes
    16 chapters
    trailershow
Cover art and disc art included in dvd-rom folder

    13 to 30 EXTRAFLIRTY

Now this was a nice movie and Thriller has a cool revival in there. Still we were not satisfied,
because this could have been so much better, without the stupid kiddie humor. Well, of course, 90%
of the visitors may have been kids, but for the 10% of you that aren't, here is your grown-up
version, reducing dumbness and weak jokes to a minimum. What we wanted was a heartwarming comedy in
the tradition of BIG, but with a big difference to it: she is not 30 from one day to the other, she
has missed her entire 17 years of experience and getting-to-be-an-a-hole. This is what made this
special, and of course Mark Ruffalo did with such a fresh appearance that we included him ever
since into our goodnight prayers for him to become a superstar.

This is still a comedy, this is still a chick-flick and a teenie-movie, but it has warmth and it
has power. Now why didn't we continue to make the big ones better? Or just the horror and thriller
movies? Because this one deserves to be watched.

    DVD-Details :

    Movie: 87min

financial interests whatever in selling this or gaining any commercial benefits from it.

War of the worlds - the extinctive cut info:

We were very disappointed when we watched the original theatrical release in the cinema and even
more disappointed when we saw the DVD quality... This could have been a great movie, but it wasn't.
Rated with 3.5 of 5 almost everywhere this is just your average science fiction movie. But this one
had great acting, great action adn great aliens. So what spoiled the fun? Well, Tim Robbins did.
Why? Because he was too much of a madman to be believable, he was overacting. Sorry, Tim. AND it is
just not in Ray's character to murder Harlan the way he did. Ray is no murderer. AND the ending was
a hit in the face to the audience. THis is the 21st century! In 1940 it may have been accurate for
aliens to be penetrated by bacteria, but not in our times. There is a lot that makes you wonder
when you think about the alien technology, but getting ill with no cure is just weak. And Ray's
    homecoming and finding Robby there....NOOOOO!
That is why we needed to change some things here. Our edition features no Tim Robbins, no micro
organisms, no stupid ending, but way more war. To achieve what we wanted we used scenes from
different movies and created a whole new ending. Be surprised.

    DVD details:
movie length 91 min NTSC 16:9 (recoloured)
    movie trailer
2 deleted scenes: Harlan Ogilvy & Boston Finale (30min)
original radio braodcast from Orson Welles with a slideshow (55min)
    18 chapters
    scene selection menus
    animated menus
    CBB trailershow
CBB Covershow (with plenty of covers made by non CBB artists)
    DVD cover
    DVD inlay

a MAN ON FIRE fanmade edition

When we first watched MAN ON FIRE we were all truly disappointed, because what had started so good
(or at least so interesting) turned out to be a very chaotic movie with an unfullfilling end. Of
course it is nice that the little girl is alive (how could Hollywood let Dakota Fanning die)and
finally rescued, but that is not satsfying in any way. Father dead, family broke, her best friend
about to die... the little girl is returning to a world with no future and all the killings of
Creasy make just no sense, since the girl is alive... But that was only the first idea and we made
a rough edit, as son as the DVD was available with just a different end. Now we watched the movie
again and spend sometime planning (you may have realized that this project is for several months in
the planning) and deciding and finally we came up with something really great: the story of Creasy,
the former assassin, now bodyguard and best friend to the little girl, who gets kidnapped. Our
edition stays focussed on Creasy for the entire length of the movie, there is no scene, where
Creasy is not present. Of course this meant, we had to cut out a lot of scenes (e.G. Pita's
kidnapping) and not all of them were particularly bad (sorry Mickey Rourke, you got one little
scene left). But since Tony Scott was so nice and shot every scene involving Creasy so detailed
that the scenes where he is not present get explained to him, this really worked out.

Now you get to see a movie with a straightforward plot and you won't miss anything (except for...
no spoiling this time). Our edition is 40 minutes short to the original and now has a great length
for a Hollywood movie: 103 mins)

    DVD Features:
143 minutes NTSC 16:9 eng, english subtitles (just for the spanish), english subtitles
5 deleted scenes (re-arranged for context)
    19 chapters
    trailer
trailershow with all 6 CBB trailers
    animated menus
    DVD cover

Fan-edit of Spiderman 1, by Spence (who has also edited King Kong (V1 & V2), Alexander,
The Matrix Squared, Daredevil, Silent Hill, and Pirates of the Carribean).

    http://www.originaltrilogy.com/forum...43&STARTPAGE=1

    Stats:NTSC, Anamorphic, menued, DD 2.0
    Covers: Darksaber's and Kracker's.
    Size: 3,790 Megs

    Spence's description:

"Hello, this is my edit of the original Spider-man movie. It's the first film I've edited
that I honestly don't like very much, so that makes it a little different from the others.

The goal was to remove the worst moments in the film, that worst dialogue, cheesiest scenes,
and worst special effects, to make it an enjoyable film for any Spidey fan. I tried to make
the Green Goblin a little more frightening (and a little less of a power ranger) but the
focus is definitely more on Spider-man and Peter Parker.

Hopefully you all enjoy this version!"

    - Most of the opening credits are gone. The film is retitled "The Amazing Spider-Man"
    - The badly written and unnecessary scene between Harry and Norman in the car is Kaput.
    - A lot of the real groaner lines are gone.
    - The first part of the film is all about Peter's transformation into spider-man. The
transformation of the green goblin is left till after Peter graduates.
    - A lot of unnecessary and long effect shots are removed.
    - The subplot of Green Goblin trying to turn Spider-man to his side is removed, as it was
completely useless and just added to the runtime.
    - The film now runs about an 1hr 45min. and is an enjoyable adaptation of a legendary comic book.

there are quite a few recently uploaded. when I have more time I'll up the rest of them.

Default STAR WARS - EPISODE IV -*REVISITED* REPACK - ADYWAN

This has been up a while but I got it today no problem.

STAR WARS - EPISODE IV -*REVISITED* REPACK - ADYWAN

Star Wars for the 21st Century. Two years in the making, this fan edit was created by a fan for the fans.
“Star Wars: Revisited represents perhaps the boldest and most sophisticated of any of the fan edits of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Inspired by the Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition, fan editor Adywan has created a breathtaking and powerful version of the film. Star Wars: Revisited not only fixes errors and technical limitations to the film that should have been made in the first Special Edition, but gives us a whole new vision for the movie, tying it to the rest of the Star Wars saga while correcting many of the excesses of the original Special Edition. Shots are re-mastered and restored, special effect shots are re-composited and whole new sequences are created, giving the viewer a taste of what the Special Edition could have been. Accompanied by a new Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, Star Wars: Revisited provides an exciting new visit to a galaxy far, far away.” synopsis by Sluggo - Originaltrilogy.com
