couple of questions re 1and1 internet

I have been with these idiots for almost a year now, and i have a few questions...

1. What problems have people had when moving away from them?
2. My email address with them gets a huge amount of spam, ive got a form on my website, however when someone completes the form it goes straight to the spam folder, is there any way round that?
3. Will the spam issue change if i move hosting company.

finally... Can anyone recommend a decent hosting company as i really want to leave these idiots.

im allways getting internal error everytime i log on
i have spoken to them and they have said that they are on the case!
