Web hosting help

I am currently with 1and1 who i want to leave. currently i have 10 domain names, 5 .com and 5 .co.uk
and am hosting 2 websites both companies.

can anyone suggest a hosting company that is fairly cheap that is reliable that will allow me to host both sites.

ive searched the internet but there is so much choice and its doing my head in.

also when moving domain names is this normally free?

I've been pointed in the direction of HostGator.com who get good write ups. They allow unlimited domains and subdomains (on three of their four packages) and have all the usual Fantastico goodness all for 'bout £5/mth.

I think switching .co.uk names is free but prolly not the .com ones, check with 1and1 just incase...
