Transfering mp3's.

I have been give n a k700 phone and have finally arrived belatedly to the world of picture messaging, cameras and colour screen phones.

I want to put some mp3's onto this phone off my computer, from what I can gather from doing a search I need some sort of data cable to do it.

Being totally new to this I have a few questions:

If I goto a mobile phone shop and ask for a k700 datacable will I get the correct cable to transfer mp3s etc to my phone?

When I have the correct cable how do I transfer them from my comp to the phone?:

its easy mate your better getting a bluetooth dongle saves getting a cable and theyre under a tenner.

easy mate you just plug it into your usb port and using the software that come with it you can tranfer mp3's and pictures..

they are cheap on e-bay

Or if you decide you don't want a dongle, you will get software with the data cable. Install the software, plug the cable into the USB port of your pc and the software is generally self explanatory.

True, definitely a hell of a lot easier although mine is a bit knackered at the mo. The pc sees my phone but when I go to send a file it fails every time Same the other way round too (phone to pc)

I re-installed the software but still knackered

Any ideas?
