Default Remembering browser history in Firefox.

Quick question, I know everyone always asks how to delete internet history but I want to know the opposite. When I close a browser then re-open nothing from my browser history is remembered, how do I set this in Firefox?

go to tools, then options, then history. Imput the number of days you want to keep in your cache

Thanks mate, changed it to 30 days then closed the browser. When I re-opened it there should have been at least 3 URL's on the history and there were none again

check the settings at the bottom of the history/settings page and make sure that clear private data when firefox closes isn't ticked
