Probs booting power stone,scooby,medal honor etc

I have installed devhook 0.46 and followed the guide on booting the isos but for some reason on these latest ones they reset then go back to the sony scren with the black background and just hang there am i doing something wrong? also ive tried updating to 2.71se can i download back from this using the 2.71 downgrader as cant seem to get it working? any help would be appreciated.

I've downloaded Medal of Honour but I haven't tried booting it up yet. I'll have a go tonight and let you know how I get on

well Medal of Honour boots OK for me, I'm running firmware v1.5 with DevHook 0.46.

no problems here and using devhook 0.44. try re formating your memory card and installing everything again

I know exactly what the problem is (because I had the same)

The ISO's you are using are dax files (as in xxxxxxx.dax).

The default devhook doesn't support Dax compressed files.

So you need to either....

Use a converter on the PC (CISO Tools) to change the file into an ISO or CSO format

or

find the Dax plugin for devhook

or

find a "Devhook ultimate installer" that installs the full monty including the dax plugin

thanks for advice been pulling my hair out with it yesterday still having probs even with the 2.71 se so went back to 1.50 with 0.46 i tried medal honor and other new games for example medal honour with these settings

umd select moh.iso
firmware 2.71
cpu clock 222/111mhz
boot select reboox xmb

then start game but just resets and either hangs on black screen with sony logo or just goes back to the browser sometimes in a foreign language im really stuck on this and dont know why it doing it so any help is appreciated.
