Moto RAZR unlocking

I have a razr and thought it was unlocked as it has a tmonile sim in it and when you switch on it says o2. I tried to put my 3 contract simm in it but just says simm error?????

Will 3 simm work on phone (if it is actually unlocked)?

No m8, a Three sim wont work in this handset as it is not a 3G compatible handset.

You would need the v3x m8, that is 3G compatible.
