The Omen II Remake?

Well The Omen (part one) remake came out earlier this year and was ok-ish.

Is there going to be a remake of the second part?

I don't know for sure, but its obviously left quite clearly open for a sequel - they couldn't really avoid doing so.

Shame though - the original Omen and Omen II were absolute classics of the genre (shame about the other third) and it was a little sad to see the remake - as you said, it was ok-ish, but it just didn't do it for me

Still was not on par with the book which was disappointing. Lots missing that would have contributed to the story to make the movie more enjoyable.

Ordered the original trilogy from dvdsoon.com about 6 months ago.... never turned up! Will look out for it next time i'm in HMV. The trilogy has been on the BBC recently, 3rd one is..........hmmm! Never mind lol

Was the third episode shit then? I can't remember. Actually, I remember very little anout the second. That remake earlier this year was fucking pointless.

Like all good trilogy's the 3rd movie has to be by law gash! Apart from maybe Lord of the rings but that was 1 ridiculously big movie rather than 3 big movies lol.

I though the Final COnflict was very good - very close to the book which I enjoyed too. Obviousley not as suspensful as the first 2 - however it was supposed to be more "upbeat" as it involved the Second Coming and the downfall of Damian

Of course Damian wasn't really killed - only 1 dagger of megido was used - so it only extinguished physical life - you needed to use all 7 (thats why Omen 4 and 5 are available on paperback - well worth a read)

Now if you want to talk about shit movies - Omen IV - The Awakening - what a fucking embaressment that was

Does Omen IV the movie follow the book closely? Also is Omen V the very last chapter?

Omen IV movie is absolutley nothing whatsoever to do with the book - i mean NOTHING

the book is still the about Damien and the thorn Family etc etc

its a fucking embaressment

and Omen V is definatley the last book

of the tope of my head both books were written by Gordon McGill but I may be wrong.
