    Default mixing supplements

Got all my supplements through nwo and just started taking them and was wondering if i could say mix my whey with some creatine or L glutamine so that i don't have to consume lots of different products throughout the day...

    cheers lads

If it is CEE I would not suggest mixing it with whey just because of the taste, christ that would really be foul. But yes, it is perfectly fine to mix glutamine and whey.

Dont mix the creatine with your whey as its stinking...Have it with some OJ or the like before/after training and take the Glutamine before bed. Some people have it with their shake after training but each to their own I suppose.Me m8 always used to take his with his last meanl before bed.Never took the stuff and TBH Tam,dont know why you are taking it just now...Protein and possibly creatine for the time being m8...

I put both L Glutamine and whey in the same smoothie bit there's also fruit, fruit juice, soya milk and porridge (in various combinations thoughout the day) so the taste is well disguised.

Firstly, can I ask what form of exercise you are doing? Why are you taking creatine and what regime are you taking it in?

Personally I believe it is better to stagger the intake of products throughout the day, simply so your poor kidneys can deal with them all.

If you really need to take creatine, it should be a good few hours before the work out, whilst protein should be taken in the recovery period [ie after your work out].

    * Edit * I forgot to add... make sure you drink more water than you usually would when not taking supplements, this reduces the added strain on your kidneys that taking extra protein and such like adds to the day to day running of your kidneys.
