Cant seem to log into accounts

Seem to be having problems accessing me hotmail,ebay,paypal accounts,says page not found!.I had this a few years back and remember something along the lines start,run then typing something in this and it worked but for the life of me cant bloody remember it now..Anybody any ideas what it is I need to do..thanks

You know, when this happened to me it was because my norton had become nearly time up and had done something to my pc with proxys and firewalls and stuff.. When i removed norton it was fine... .
Dont think this is what is wrong with yours but my post might help someone else..

I had tried that m8,but it doesnt seem to make any difference..It seems as though its with secure sites thats causing this problem..Bugger

Right had a few probs this morning after rebooting the pc,said I didnt have a genuine copy of windows as it was a counterfiet copy I had,bollocks!! It was installed on the pc when I bought it,anyway nortons started to play funny buggers also,then it wouldnt let me change the network cards settings...I have just done a restore and all is well with the pc and I can now get access to hotmail,ebay etc etc..But wondered WTF happened for this error etc to come up as it aint a dodgy copy and it lets me now change the settings,anyone she any light as to WHY this happended.Even although I done a system restore,will the problem arise again?.Thanks to all above who replied
