i've tried some stuff on google but i cant find it
muchos karma to anyone who knows the name of that big network thing that connects up all the universitys to uberly fast internet... it's super pissing me off

It's great and it's fuckin fast, I know that, lol.- I've pulled speeds at 8MB/s (that 8 megabytes per second) off it.

I remember getting 8mbps years ago in student halls that were linked direct to janet. It was surprising that the network actually inside thebuilding was on 10basetx, but the net speed was faster than I had ever seen at the time.
