I have stolen money from a DF member and a member of Disqworld. All my personal details including families details are on file and will be made public to everyone if I do not refund the money I stole or send the goods I promised. My name will be ravaged across the net and the consequences will be severe if I do not sort this fucking mess out.

Im using a Pio 110d so thats fine m8, aint had a bad burn yet, coupled with clone cd.

Yes you can still play your mates on live (for now) !!

And as Fever says, Dont get a core, you'll be knackered without saving games.

You've gota be careful with the batch numbers as the newer 360's have drives that can't be flashed (yet).

Check out this thread for more info and also the 360 drive database that is stickied at the top of this section.

Get the premium if you can, the HD is great as you can save all the demos & arcade games. Your need that or either the memory unit to keep savegames on. As for flashing that is dependent on the DVD drive.

You can save yourself a lot of time by buying a pre-modded machine with two wireless controllers for £340 + postage.

No m8, LOT 633 contains the dreaded 0078fk drive!! Anything BELOW LOT 633 (so basically anything UP TO LOT 632) should be fine!

    Link here

And if you get a Sammy, then get a PCI SATA card with a VIA 6421 chipset, and if you get a Hitachi, then get a PCI SATA with a Sil3112 chipset, I flashed my Sammy with no probs with my VT6421L, but when I got a Hitachi, I couldn't flash it till I got a Sil3112!
