Default I keep powering off when playing games

    Guys
im a newbie with a PSP, got Pro Evo Soccer 5 and was playing this but several times the palm of my hand catches the power button when i use the right hand trigger, - i tried putting the on off switch to Hold, but then i cant control the game.
Im using Devhook 0.46 ultimate installer, with firmware 1.50.
Is this a design fault or is it me just getting these problems.
