Looking For a New ISP, Any Recommendation?

currently with freedom2surf

ive got a 2meg line, 75% of the time im downloading movies so i needed an uncapped ISP (preferably 1 without a fair usage policy too

)

cant get cables/wirless

any advice greatly apprciated

i have been with aol for about 6 months now on 8mb, and upto now never had a problem, i get 800-840kbs from newsgroups, and they dont seem to have a fair use policy as they have never contacted me about using to much BW. dont install there software though as it tries to take over your comp.
