Website Redirect

Hi Guys,

not much of a html person, but i would like to put on a html front page on an install of oracle applications. The main requirement of the page sounds simple, but i have no idea how to do it.

if a link is clicked, and the site is not there, would it be possible to redirect to an error message or provide some useful information instead of the standard "Page not found"

If you get in touch with your host they will tell you the location/filename that 404 errors are sent to. Something along the lines of 404.htm in the root directory. You can then create/replace the file and provide the information you want to.
