remember we used to do these? like an amnesty where you could slag off a member of staff for being too harsh

for once i actually dont think i have fallen out with any staff lately but the replies from others should be funny

yae or nae? if an admin oks this, i can easily make the poll from the member list thing (there is still a list of all the staff isnt there?) then i suppose some mod who is into the whole member poularity voting type things(nobody i'm thinking of inparticular...) could keep the thread tidy if needed but tbh i dont think any work would be needed, since its just a case of a closing date and after the closing date everyone can herald the member of staff who's pissed off the most people and that'll be that

would it still actually work in the current climate on df? i cant think of who's likely to vote for who.. in fact how did this ever work? did i imagine the whole thing?

Why not just post up your poll? I see no restrictions. It isn't racist or inflammatory. You could borrow some balls from a pet if you are missing the requirement to fulfill your need to post the poll.

Why would staff be bothered? They are all adults and wouldn't have made staff unless they had something about them. A little bit of banter does a lot to foster good relationships but can also turn nasty as can every thread on here so what is the difference?

Reminds me of when I was in the military (Drill Sergeant - Engineers), we had posted a massive piece of paper on the bulletinboard with the names of all us instructors. Then anonymously the privates who were about to finish their first 4 month phase of training could go and write down their opinions.

I was on duty one night/morning and I walked up to the second floor to wake them up. I looked on the bulletinboard and there were a lot of feedback on the guys, but next to mine, people had drawn cocks, pussies and other stuff, needless to say I wasn't liked as I gave them no slack whatsoever.

Hahaha, we had such a laugh at it, good memories now.
