fortunatley im out of the 12 month lock in period, so i may have a shop around and see what else is out there.

ok so i am not in a cable area,,,,,,,,,,,,aol costs me �30 a month so what other options do i have really.....oh yeah feckin tiscali....i am shafted by an internet provider yet again..

have a look at UKFSN or Headweb. They both offer very cheap packages. I'm on Headwebs Office 45 package which is �25+vat a month. It is 8mb down and 832k up, has a 20:1 contention ratio and 45GB peak and 300GB off peak usage

cheers for the info guys....got 3 month left on aol yet though....will post if i get any warnings from them but i bet i dont use more than 30 to 40 gig a month so on 30 quid a month they better not complain.

they are limiting my account every day at 7pm till 11pm my speed is restricted to 512kb instead of the 8mb i get at all other times.
they have denied it and said its a line fault ? a line fault that starts at exactly 7pm every day lol.
i download maybe 30-50 gigs a month no p2p stuff

i get exactly the same mate limited betwwen 7-11 it's does me nut in due to being at work in the week by time i get home have me dinner and shower i get about a hour before the cap comes on ring them up were not limiting you is all you get off them its your exchange , what a load of crap it's all aol and everyone knows it.
