just bought a ps3

Just got one in what i thinks a really good deal. Got my bro to pick a couple up from ssp. The deal is 60 gig ps3 3 games and a spare wireless controler for what works out to be �390. He was only there for a day or so and says no prob getting one, theres offers all over the place.

Brilliant offer mate. I was about to get one (�390 just for the PS3 and FedEx shipping) but the man wanted payment by Western Union so I left it in the end. What is SSP by the way?

its a district in hong kong. shing shou poi or somthing theres loads of electronics shops n stuff in that district. after recalculating the price it works out 365 not 390 he picked up 2 sets. apparently its an offer all over hk so the price should be filtering thru to all the online shops and stuff. Just wondering what games i got now, theres a racing game and 2 others apparently. hoping i get resistance. when my bro comes back he always brings business cards for the places he got stuff from so ill post up the contact details of a decent retailer.

he also picked up a sony phone that has leds on the side that when the hone is waved it puts out a message like one of them led display thingies.

The games are usually Ridge Racer 7, Gundam Target in Sight and Genji. Gundam is meant to be a pile of kak, Genji is medicore and Ridge Racer 7 is the best of the lot.

Yeah those are two good games. Resistance and Motorstorm. Also F1 Championship Edition looks great, though I would wait till March for the UK release of that one.

got it today played about 15 minutes, resistance is flippin hard and rr7 is really crisp both running at 1080p. i personaly think they look better than my 360 running anything ay1080p but that may just be the new spangly console feeling. console is MASSIVE but silent. nice touch for the on button and eject and nowt much apartr from that.ill go hunting motorstorm now...where u lot buy your games from?

got my motorstorm from yes-asia.com and still loving it.

be carefull if you have a HK PS3 though, even if you have a jap or US version of resistance you cant play online on HK machines, you have to get the HK version, something to do with bugs in the code which doesnt work on HK networks.
