Missing Top Avatar

Think the issue is that this is the code :-
The bit in red needs to link to the individual users avatar

maybe i've been smoking too much !

But when I copied the whole front page code and subbed my user avatar for the part in red it all worked properly

Basically the avatar source is blank.
