Random bannings?

I signed on just now and it is sayying I'm banned? i dont see any reason to be banned could this be a bug?

edit: yet i can still post lol so I must not be ban? but i have a big red box come up asking me for my username and password at the very top of the forum

edit 2: I think im just banned from the shout box thing at the top, I was tryying to being a post to some1s attention but i didnt see it appear so i tried again. The only reason i think i could have been banned from there is cus i refered to the same post twice
