    Default start again

used to train religiously about 6 years ago. lifting 5 times a week every week. was quite strong and lookes well. things have a way of stopping you getting time to train properly and eventually grind to a holt. my child is now six and i have just joined a gym again with the goal of getting strong and looking good again. i have looked after myself over the last few years running and such so im not fat. can someone advise a protein product to buy to help me put on a little size and help me out a bit

Good to hear that you are getting back in the gym mate. Let's hope your muscle memory kicks in and you get back in shape soon.

I use myprotein's unflavoured impact whey protein powder. A good quality product at a good price. I've been ordering from them for several years now and never once had any problems.

As Roach has said, MP are great, as are All-in-one.
