Epsom R300 flashing Red light problem.

Im new to this, well here goes, I have had an Epsom R300 for about 14 months, a few days ago a red light started flashing telling me that parts of my printer were near the end of their service time, the printer no longer works now, The red light says printer need service. I have cleaned the print Heads and the ink pads but still get the red light, up to the day when it went off i was getting perfect prints, seems strange that all of a sudden the parts have gone all at once. Is their a software reset for this or is it ready for the bin. I use an Ink refill system for the printer and have had no problems up until this time, I have a Zapit Ink cartridge resetter for a Epsom C62 could I use that or is it only for that printer. Any body out there that can help me. BobW26.
