Web page query!

I have a web page that has been previously 'hosted' and I have found out that filters in my workplace stop people from viewing my web-page because of 'web-hosting' not being allowed. What options do I have? I want to have control over the web-page address put I want it not to be 'hosted' so that people can view it in workplaces!! Cheers in advance
