Hi, not sure on the Samsung but you would need to input all the devices into it really. Does it have video inputs as well as audio.
Also are you sure it's 2.1? 2.1 dolby digital is a left and right channel coupled with a bass channel. No surround.

have you got a digital audio out on the back of your tv mate? do you have a digital audio in on the back of your surround sound?
im pretty sure that i got the same tv as you(just googled it and it looks the same just not sure if the model no. is exact) and the way i have mine set up is everything goes into the tv,sky=scart, nintendo wii=scart,360=composite and my upscaling dvd player=hdmi. i then use a digital audio out into my yamaha surround sound and no matter what im using the tele for it comes through the surround.saves messing and changing wires etc.........
hope some or all of this is useful bud
To get the full "surround sound" experience frome the xbox 360 you will need a 5.1 surround sound system.
cheers ill have a another go

if you need to choose the input for your surround sound othwise route sound thru tv and then into surround sound but i agree you need 5.1 really but 2.1 better than nothing mate ;-)
