If it lasts much longer I'd be seeking a blood test to confirm nothing funny is going on. Is your weight changing as well?
It could be your diet or a slight hormone imbalance.

I've been eating nothing but a healthy balanced diet for the past 2 weeks and I have barely made it into uni because I'm sleeping so much. Need to sort myself out, it's annoying.

Bet CJ could put us in shape!

Remember that your body is like an engine, you need to put in fuel for it to work. Good quality fuel at that!

Make sure you're having a good breakfast, fruit and say porridge, which will give you a good combo of quick and slow burn carbs to keep you going for the next 3 to 4 hours, then eat again. Try to plan ahead with your food and liquid intake as otherwise you can end up eating junk or worse still not eating at all (skipping meals).

Also regular exercise can kick start your energy, plenty of fresh air. A quick run each day or walking or cycling can help.

Of course a lack of energy can be down to other health related problems such as diabetes so maybe a visit to your G.P. is in order?
