can some one give this a try
i created a new live acount (japan)
at the end of the procedure it asks what level
ie gold, silver , i clk silver then it comes up with
a dialog telling me i qualify for somthing in jap lingo
fill in a few more things in jap , only the post code needs to correct (google it )
now i got a gold jap acount .
who knows ,!! happy Daze

wasnt there also something a while back where if you registered in another country and then actually connected with an ip that was not in that country they would ban your account?

I remember them doing something to stop people from different territories using Live to access the location specific content.

Don`t know exactly what it was, but banning sounds feasible.

Yeh your right, i believe you get one month gold for every new account. Bought a brand spanking new xbox put my old hdd and no free gold trial

yeah i have had five new accounts all of which had one month free and only one of them have been cancelled by ms still dont know why they cancelled it though
