Loosely following Nigel Slater's recipe on the BBC website I was rewarded with these results.

Very nice it was too, didn't skin the sausages or wrap as suggested. Served with steamed veg and mashed potatoes.

That looks delicious pal but I am just about to start dieting down for the next 6 to 8 weeks, so will look forward to having that..on the other side
