Plasterboard...where's the cheapest?

I need 18 sheets of PlasterBoard 2400x1200x12.5mm.

Anyone know where's the cheapest place for it (I'm in Manchester). I've seen it in B&Q for £5.76 per sheet but if I can get it any cheaper...

Best off there mate as its a loss leader and is sold at a loss I buy hundreds a week and of all the places its about as cheap as it gets mate

There is one place cheaper called "Orion Insulations" its on the Wardley industrial Estate right near the old GX Superbowl you know just of the Lancs? to be honest though theres not gonna be much in it mate.
Best thing is if you know any pensioners I think they get 10% off at B&Q so try that one. There is another tip i could give you but its a bit naughty...... oh sod it
If you go into B&Q at night when the Trade entrance is not open you generally get some dumb ass blonde on the till so whenever I want fireline or foil back boards which are really expensive then you can get away with putting a couple of normal boards in front then a load of others in the middle. Then they usually say are they all the same love? how many you got something like that, maybe you could try it with a couple of 3/8" boards in front (9.5mm) and say they are all the same.
Also they dont have anyone helping them to count them at that time of night wither they are usually on their own.

hmmmm .. well ... when df was down the other week I had a little tale to tell on IRC about stealing from B&Q.

Me and my mate, Dirko lets call him, had a bit of an ongoing thing stealing from them. Each time we visited we'd get away with something and ring each other and bask in our glory... bag of nails, pipe fittings, cable, declare 10 bags of sand instead of 15 and always, without fail a tape measure.

This went on until 2 weeks ago. Dirko decided he liked the look of an adjustable spanner. £14 worth...£8 in the sale... but he liked the Dirko price better. Slipped it under 4 bags of plaster. Parked the trolley up and went for a brew. After 20 mins or so went through the till and got nabbed by 4 staff. The dibble were already on thier way. He pleaded ignorance but the cctv proved otherwise. The copper turned up and offered him an £80 on the spot fine which he refused. He was then asked to go for a chat to the station.

He got arrested, finger printed and worst of all a DNA sample was took. Dirko is a ceiling fixer and spends between 2-3k a week with them. He's banned from every B&Q in the country which is really fooking up his buisness. He's been in and explained his bad sense of judgement and how much he deals with them but to no avail.

Don't do it my friends. Believe me. The grief he has got in our boozer should be enough to put you off.
