where can i buy tools

I have to measure a flat up tomoz, so was after one of them laser measure things that black and decker make. Cant find one in b and q wickes or homebase...anyone else got a clue where i can walk in and get one in the morning? anyone know if ther eany good either?

i know this may sound a bit thick but have tried a good old tape measure?they work just as good
