Following on from the 5-a-day poll a few weeks ago, thought I'd now assess the fitness of the DF membership with a poll about how often you exercise.

By exercise I mean at least 30 minutes where the heart rate is elevated beyond it's normal resting heart rate. This includes brisk walks as well as the usual cycling, swimming, gym visits, running, football, rugby and other sports etc.

If you do exercise please post with your choice of fitness routine, frequency and duration.
