Mrs got ripped off.

I got a feeling the mrs got ripped off by someone and im trying to find some info, She recently purchased an item from a website (not ebay) and only today i found out about it (she had a baby last week so the last thing she wanted was me giving her grief) so im not happy with her to say the least.

She has the name and address of the person and what must be his girlfriend, she said she spoke to them on the phone and seemed pleasent enough thats why she went ahead with it,(it was a phone number supplied by the website, not their actual number), but since sending the money off (recorded delivery which we also have the electronic signiture for) shes only received 4 emails off them which are excuses one after the other, but now they are being ignored.

I'm trying to find a contact number but ukphonebook come up with nothing, googled their email address which come up with a mobile number but its always off (surprise suprise) and the email address is registered with ebay but wont display the user ID.

Obviously im not going to name names here, but i will give them in a PM if need be.

If it wasnt so far away for me i think i would have gone there myself, I think its obvious by now they aint gonna come up with the goods, they sent an email monday 2nd saying that they will be posting it on the tuesday (3rd), then tuesday just gone the mrs emailed them and asked if they had which they replied saying they hadnt but will soon and thats the last she heard.

I didnt want to give to much info on here, but all i will say is they are from Kingsley Bordon Hampshire.
She sent another email to them yesterday afternoon but still no reply, Itried that other site but no info found.

its probably about 40 minutes driving from me, so it really depends on the amount of money involved and the type of people and whether you want anyone going to their house to sort things out

have you been in touch with the website company. if they are like ebay they may have protection for customers. with all the emails as proof that goods have not been sent/received they may take legal proceedings to get you a full refund.

Well just an update, I decided to email them myself yesterday which was a bit crawly bum lick (i didnt really want to lose the plot as it might make things worse) and they finally replied saying the item was packed and ready to be posted today (they said this a few weeks ago so i wont hold my breath).
The mrs still wont tell me how much it was, everytime i ask she just tells me to shut the fuck up and i dont want to get into an argument with her as it wont be fair on her only having the wee one less than 2 weeks ago.
Anyway i'll let you know if it arrives or not.

Oh well bad mood mode off, arrived this morning, it took over a month with only about 5 emails answered so you can understand why i was annoyed to start, but needless to say i dont think she will do that again.
