    Default Some e-books

Earlier on I was looking for the e-book of Beyond Brawn and got what I thought was the torrent for it, turned out it was for a shitload of stuff. Below is a screenshot of the folder with all the stuff in. Question though, is anyone interested in any or all of the stuff? I've already rared it and if so, I'll put it on rapidshare or something.

I would be interested in the brawn book as the amazon reviews seem really positive on a whole. Seems you get a few disgruntled readers but I guess it just isn't for everyone. fook them

    Thanks if you can Mav

Total size is somewhere in the region of 150 megs so it'll be two c.70meg rar files.

Edit: Torrent was fairly crappy but I can put it up anyway. Tam, I'll stick Beyond Brawn on seperately. Will repost once they're up.

    Beyond Brawn - http://rapidshare.com/files/26278231...ition.rar.html

    1st Half - http://rapidshare.com/files/26282012/E-books_I.rar.html

    2nd Half - http://rapidshare.com/files/26284804...ks_II.rar.html

Plus torrent but as I say, it's fairly slow. Rename the file from .rar to .torrent

Yeah, I had it recommended to me which is why I was looking for it. Having now read some of those review a fair few mention the "Insider's Tell-All Handbook on Weight-Training Techniques" also by McRobert. This is also included in the files but again I've rared it and uploaded it seperately to rapidshare.

yes the books are very informative...well the brawn by mcqueen is. i started reading it this moring and over half way through it now and the guy does speak about himself and repeats quite a lot but its good how he hammers it home. I like the idea of the trap bar, i wonder if there are many gyms with that in it these days, i probably doubt it.

so its time i find myself a real gym since i left my cushy work nest that had a gym, tennis court, driving range and a few 5 a side football pitches lol.

i'm just wondering which ones in the glasgow area are best, or even the best around the southside of glasgow without getting shot...

Tam, read his weight training techniques book as well once you've finished. I agree, in Beyond Brawn he does go on a bit (and it could probably be about half the length) but what he says is good stuff. The other book is easier to read as well.

hi mav, yes, well i'll be acquiring that from somewhere too i guess. i'm starting to get my back into shape with light stretches and more movement. i'm going to start pushing it a little further around the house and lift objects with posture (light weights ofcourse).

I guess thats the only way am going to have to surpass my own injury. I'm also getting a bike so that I can get on with exercising again.

Now all I need to do is staple this diet of mine too a tee. I hate how you have to have a lot of knowledge regarding food to get anywhere :/ but I guess it has to be done if there is gains to be made.

In reality the knowledge of diet is all basic stuff that, because of our lazy society and how easy it is to buy fast food/ready meals etc. It gets a bit more complicated obviously when you are trying to arrange a diet for a particular life style, especially like bodybuilding.

so true mate, so true. Tonight I had pork chop, baby pots, peas and gravy to top it off. Now thats probably the healthiest thing I'll eat, nothing fried, either was boiled and put in the oven.

So i've really got a problem
