    Help PACE DTVA-UK

Having moved around a few rented accommodations last few years, I have not had access to a decent aerial for digital for a while. Own my own place now, so fitted a decent aerial to replace the broken tat that was there, and dug out my trusty early pace digi box - the small gray one.

I get absolutely nothing, but my terrestrial analogue signal is top notch. I smell a rat - is there any tricks or info out there, maybe my box has missed a critical update and now wont find the correct signal - I'm not up on all the latest info for this stuff.

Anyone out there with the knowledge please help!

    cheers

    Andy

If you've moved house you may need to get the box to re-scan for channels so it replaces all the old settings. You should be able to get to this option by pressing menu on the remote.

    Hope this helps.

The best thing is find out where your transmitter is then search on the net to see if it transmits digital signals.Lots don`t then find out what group aerial you need locally for digital if its available. This is after you have tried the above.

Sorry should have made myself more clear - tried re setting re scanning etc... to no avail. When i fitted new aerial I set it to the correct bearing to pick up the strongest of 3 transmitters you can "see" from my house, waltham.

I get crystal reception on analogue now, hence my suspicions. This is why I suspect a prob with some protocol or something?

    Anyone?
