Is this a scam?

I'm selling a Nokia n70 on ebay and this morning I received this ebay question through e-mail:
"Hi there, for a quick sale provided that the phone comes with its ORIGINAL box with matching IMEI number, I would like to offer ₤65 including post in UK to buy your phone. I will pay you right away with PayPal. I have 100% positive rating, you can look at my transactions at both my Ebay ID's Syntec13 and sales72789... Alway good transaction and I am NOT a time waster... Let me know THANKS"

The dude does have 413 positive feedback points and is located in FL, USA. What do you think? £65 seems to be a fair price...

Be Careful If Dispatching Yo USA - Make Sure You Recieve Payment And It Has Shown Cleared On Paypal B4 Sending.....

Had A Problem B4 And Taken Months To Sort Out

Cool then as long as payment is cool then do it - Some People can make a dodgy email by cutting and pasting the paypal logo etc to make you think they have paid - but if delivery to UK then go for it.

Just make sure you send it recorded or special delivery, i think you will need the proof that it got there
