22 of the games i havent seen or played
some i wish would come out for the pc
including the cohart summat of rome, i loved that game
i remember stunt rider, running round the track doing loopps and jumps in a stunt buggy
ROBOCOD, lol i love him
IK+ was good i even played it on cpc464

I used to luv the old Amiga games (and the C64 b4 it, and the VIC20 b4 that Commodore4EVA I say).

Thanks to the wonderful world of emulation these games should never be lost.

My 8 yr old son has an xbox360 but if I stick Hoi or Superfrog on an emulator for him he plays them as much as any complicated xbox360 game.

As for the music. How good was Rob Hubbard ?

i remember playing thrust and his music simply made that game, also liked it on the monty series although i didnt like that type of game as much as i loved the music

He was by far the best Martin Galway was probably his biggest rival back in the day but all of his sounded very similar to me.

Leaderboard is the sole reason i got a c64 at the time.Graphically it was the best home computer game i'd ever seen.

Galway was the guy that did all the music for the ocean titles if my memory serves me right?

If so I wouldn't disagree with ya although I did like Ben Daglish' style aswell (especially the theme to crackout)

It was just a sample though.

That was called Megablast by Bomb The Bass, a guy called Tim Simenon, they did Beat Dis and Winter in July as well that were in the charts around the end of the 1980's early 90's. The Bitmap bros also sampled tunes for their other titles, like Betty Boo's "doin the Do" for Magic Pockets (mentioned before in the Belial name the tune thread)

Ohhhhh yeah. Jesus on E's was probably the best. Spaceballs was also pretty famous if i remember correctly... them were the days.
