Finally..... It's back!!!

After 6 weeks of been away for repair i got my 360 back this afternoon....:emot66:
I've had colin mcrae dirt, forza 2 and 2HD dvds sat here that i got for my Bday 2 weeks ago which i can finally open.
I'm gonna get some beers and do some catching up tonight!!!

i'm still waiting, been a month now. gave m$ a ring last night and gave them a right bollocking, they have offered me a 3 month live card, only to shut me the fook up.

I rang a few times to complain,first time they said they had no evidence of the console been sent for repair..... I was VERY annoyed at this point. I got 3 month sub for live and a �20 voucher from them.
Still not very happy with the customer support.

6 weeks!!!?? Ba$tards, mines been gone a month said should be back by 25th July. Who do u call? microsoft or the repair company? Better arrive i'm getting well annoyed

f**k it better chase mine up then, its been gone for 3 weeks now, already had a wireless head set out of them as this is the 3rd thats died, wonder what other stuff i can get

, im not to bothered if honest as a good mate of mine had 2 and lent me one of his so still playing.

But glad your having fun

6 weeks takes the piss, they should have just replaced it with a refurb or brand new console! Then compensating you with sweet FA... Glad mines not fooked...yet

Just shows how many consoles are being returned now that the 3 year warranty has been put into place! When I sent mine back, it only took 10 days to get my replacement!

ffs have u tried talking to those people with american accents, i think they just making them up, i had a heavy breather, and then a women who cut me off...

hope they email me the labels, which i doubt but i have an order number so if anyone has a copy send me if its not unique

I GOT A DIRECT NUMBER TO MS---I,M ON ME 9TH CONSOLE---THEY FOOKIN LOVE ME

-try the trick as well---call ms tell them ur pad or camera or harddrive is fooked and they send u another free of charge---i,m building up a collection of pads and wireless head sets here lol

They got mine on 21st June!! My girlfriend called them earler as was meant to be back today. Fobbed her off saying another week, she told them i'm fuming. They going to call me within 48 hours (supervisor apparently) Fed her some bullshit about testing it for another week. Going to go apeshit at them IF they call.
