    PS3 PS3 TV Tuner...

Not much info on it, I would like to be able to use my USB Freeview tuner on my 360 to do the same.

The PS3's capabilities could be expanded to include a digital tuner, enabling it to double as a programmable TV recorder, a Sony spokesman said. The changes are due to come into effect next year, but it's uncertain how many countries will benefit.

Sony Computer Entertainment New Zealand marketing head Warwick Light told a New Zealand-based publication that it hopes to launch a PS3 tuner in March 2008, around the same time Freeview launches its terrestrial broadcasting service in the country.

DVB-T is already used by Freeview in the UK, as well as several other countries, but Light's statement does not clearly indicate if it will roll the digital tuner out to countries other than New Zealand.

Light's statement also fails to address if, or how, PS3 owners will be able to play games while recording TV. If it does, questions could be raised over how this will affect gameplay.

Sony has already come under heavy criticism from gamers after its decision to launch the PS3 Starter Pack in Europe, while offering North American gamers a $100 price cut for the 60GB model and by announcing that they would be among the first fans to receive the recently launched 80GB model.

    TV on EVERYTHING.

You can get a gadget for the PSP that is linked to your BBand at home, log into your system with the PSP and view TV.

It was on a Chanel 5 show and also the BBC thing. Looked awesome but also means you have to leave PC on 24/7 whiele away. I used to, but turn off PC during day now (slashed my leccy bills).

Can anyone shed light on what i am talking about, more to show i am not a mad fool making it up!

    Cheers.....Q

Not seen that (a lot of posts on that thread as well!!). There was a gadget (almost a set top box) so you coudl whatch TV in say spain that was (i think) on your TV/sky at the time (not sure you coudl pick and choose programmes).

There is a streaming TV tutorial here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/496291

The item i am thinking is different though and was a marketted device, i think at the time reatiling at near a few hundred quid. It was also promoted for use with Laptops and anythign else that could get wireless internet.

I am really struggling to find it. I am pretty sure it was nto a dream.

    Cheers.....Q
