    Default Ceramic Exhaust paint

    Anyone know of a good exhaust paint preferably ceramic as i hear this seems to last longer than standard gear.

    Is this true?

    have you tried Hammerite?

    na couldnt w8 any longer for info so i just bought a heat paint upto 650c degrees.

    i just got some rated at 1200 degrees so isprayed it on , took it 7 mole for mot and then went on a 30 mile blast. still perfect . will let you know of the results in a couple of weeks.

    oh it was 6 quid a can...

    by your sig i persume youve a scooter. well i used to race them in the 90s.

    a little secret given here.

    the best paint to paint exhausts is BLACKBOARD paint. cheap as and just as good if not better than heat paint.

    ceramic is a process and not a paint. you ideallly need to to both inside and out.

    i think its about 60 quid to do external only so not really cost effective.
