8800GTX What games?

Ive just ordered one these graphics cards and I want to know what games will best show off the capabilities of the card.

Not been into the PC games scene for a while as my 32mb intergrated card doesnt play much. It handles solitaire pretty well tho.

Well theres no games that are DX10 yet, but there are demos of games in the pipeline.
I shove mine on the full eye candy in all the games i play and they looks really nice

have a look at the demos from the nvidia website. Also please note; Directx10 will only be available in Vista for the time being

Pro Evo 6, TOCA3, Stalker - all in 1920x1080 with everything full.

BF2142 can push your card... might also be worth trying FEAR.

COD4, MOH Airborne, Blackspot and Crysis will push the card this year...

Already pre-ordered them from play and there is also the new Brothers in Arms to think about and HALO3 (although I not a fan)

Colin McRae DiRT is nice to look at and if you have a wired 360 controller it plays just like on the XBox

Runs fairly well on my x1900xtx

Already got DiRT on the 360 with the steering wheel so dont want it on the PC.

I havent actually got the card yet and my delivery date has just been pushed back to 17th Sept

Bioshock. The graphics will blow your head off! There's a demo out if you're not sure about it.
