hey guys whats your views on the best AV protection out there i quite liked McAfee but it has expired now so im using Kaspersky 6.0 not to sure if i like this , what are you guys using ?

Im useing the NIS2005 still, no problems on my system but others have had issues with it
I think if you use NOD32, AVG or BitDefender you won't have any trouble. There is a long thread about the pros and cons but I'm struggling to locate it.
The main gripe I have with the normal versions of Norton and McAfee is their want to control everything and love of system resources.
I believe the business version of Norton is much nicer when it comes to the above problems.

I use Symantec (Norton) Antivirus corporate edition. Its unobtrusive, very light on resources and completely nag-free.

I read a review of AV progs and NOD32 didn't do well at all, I still like it though.
No glove, no love is normally a good option. Unless you are in a long term committed relationship.

ill give this nod32 a blast is that whats its called of that short name for a program?
yep i've been converted to nod32 as well. doesn't slow the start up like mcafee does.
