new stereo for car

I'm after a new stereo for my car. it should have preferably usb and sd. I might even stretch to a dvd player if the price ain't too much. can any of you guys recommend a good make and model and a good site please?

I looked on ebay but I don't really know what I'm looking at.

Brand and model will just increase price mate, I have a unbranded import from hong kong, motorised 7'' touch screen DVD player, momory card reader etc...

On ebay go to the in-car entertainment section, then headunits. Look through for anything with your desired spec. Maybe you can provide a guide price that you can afford? Then just check that its in the UK already or they will refund any due VAT.

It wont yet, but sooner or later DAB will be the thing, but not for a few years. There is no switch over date set yet.

I just looked at a dvd stereo in Halfords made by Ripspeed. I believe this is Halfords own make although the guy did suggest they were made by Alpine which personally I think is BS.

What do you think of this stereo? The only drawback is it doesn't have usb which is a pisser.

It's selling for £269 which I think is a good price. Does anyone know if there is a better deal out there with USB preferably?
