    Question Gym Equipment

Any advice on buying gym equipment, wheres the best place to buy from.

Dont want to spend silly money, just looking for some loose weights, bike, rowing machine and treadmill.

2nd hand would be fine, ive just converted my garage into my own gym but its a bit empty.

All i have at the moment is a cross trainer, straight bar with 20kg (pfft), bench with lat pull, leg extensions, hydraulic stepper, bench press.

I dont want to be arnie, just get fitter and lose the pot

    any advice lads

I went out and got this yesterday - have to say I'm very impressed.

Took me an hour and a half to set up, which was workout enough for one day!

just check in your local rag mate, plenty of ppl buy fitness stuff and never use it so theyre very likely to be in good condition too, thats how i got alot of stuff.
