    Default My healthy eating thing

Hey, I dont post here much at all however, now is my time.

    I`m 29 and wobbling arouind 11st,7 - 12st,3 (over a 12month period).

While lean, I have a bit of unwanted flab and I also know I eat crap.

I`ve taken advice from here on board and have over the last week changed my daily routine.

Usually, I would wake up, skip brekkie, have a coffee, go to work, often not have lunch but eat kitkats and yoghurts and then wolf a masive meal for tea (at about 8 ).

    I felt like shit.

So now I`m forcing myself to:

Eat breakfast. Eat lunch. Eat tea, even though it has to be 7pm...work dictates.Drink more water. Exercize a little more (dog walking and more sex ). Snack much less...and If I do its fruit.

I feel great. I have already seen changes but my main concern is that I have upped my daily water intake from approx. 1pt a day to at least 2litre a dya. Is the any way to counteract the need to pee all the time!!!

    Any comments welcome!

Not really, although you can help by cutting down on the likes of tea and coffee if you drink them?
As a side point, you've increased water consumption, have you also increased your salt and mineral intake? If not you may feel a bit 'off' and if this does happen put a bit of sea salt on meals.

A small snack at 4 ish (afternoon tea time), just to bide you over energy wise till dinner.

What are your alcohol drinking habits like?

    How tall are you?

Keep us informed and upto date on how it is all going.

You're supposed to drink red wine, it's "good for the heart"

Don't feel wretched, it isn't worth getting depressed about. Just don't eat them tomorrow, tomorrow maybe buy some natural yoghurt and fruit and have that for a snack.

You could make a 'healthy bar' and spread some chocolate on that and have that as an alternative if you want.

Aye, they are all gone...at least they were the 2 finger kitkats. The best way I find of not leading myself into temptation is not to have snacks in the fridge.

I cant be bothered to walk 10mins to the shop so alls a winner.

So, to counteract the peeing...does this salt thing work then?
