Many of those "Leechers" may well end up becoming contributers & they aren`t breaking any rules.

I know there is a Thread running regarding the 30 sec rule, which is a setting for Admin to rule on, as the thread has been running for a while (with no reply from Admin) I suspect it ain`t gonna change. IMO it isn`t a big deal, most forums have the same rule regarding searches.

What exactly is the 30 seconds between searches there to help?

Its there to stop the server crashing. If there is a 30 sec gap between searches it does not put strain on the processor and other resources concidering this is a large forum.

yeah but they`re not gonna get the good stuff in the VIP area, like the best dogging sites, free/cheap beer,etc, etc.
