Greetings and Salutations

Hello fellow forumites, I'm upstanding (well, some of the time anyway!) and I am a bit of an IT geek. I work as a software consultant for a large multinational firm and travel a great deal for work.

In my somewhat checkered career I've been manager of an ice-cream parlour in South Africa, a DJ with my own mobile disco, a radio DJ on campus radio at a university, a movie reviewer, a copy editor, a ballroom dancing instructor (hugely unsuccessful!), an IT handyman, an IT manager, an accountant (hugely boring!) and now a software consultant.

I'm into gym, music, film, gadgets, rugby, tennis, reading, online chat, web filth, etc.

I look forward to seeing what's on the forums!
