Meh - Iiked it so much I bought it.

I bought it too, shame my save file (with 35 stars) was for the American copy and doesn't work with my PAL original though!

Some games deserve your money, and this is definitely one of those.

Guess I'll just buy the PAL version (as they definitely deserve something back for this one!!!) but leave it in the wrapping until I fancy starting from scratch again :-S

lol.... you start from scratch when you get all 120.. as Luigi.

I had completed with Mario & Had around 85 with Luigi when I discovered the save wasn't compatible.. I don't fancy doing the purples on Battlerock & Toytime again

I have a pal Wii running 3.1e with Wiikey 1.9g set to region free.
I have a load of backs ups but 4 ask for me to update and I'm not sure if they are pal/ntsc. Don't want to brick machine before Chrimbo else kids and Mrs will lynch me.

The 4 that won't run without update are

Boogie
Pokemon Battle Revolution
Metroid
Mario Galaxy

any help would be appreciated

get mario galaxy in PAL and let that update, that will have a newer update than the others. I think you will still get dupe weather/news channels if metroid is NTSC, even after updating with SMG though.
